a week agoExceptional Service from Soniya I’ve visited H2O Café many times now, and every visit has been made truly memorable thanks to Soniya. She is, without question, the soul of the café. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with that amazing, beautiful smile that instantly brightens your day and makes you feel genuinely welcome. Soniya has an incredible natural talent for customer service. She remembers your preferences, checks in at exactly the right moments, and creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere that feels personal every single time. Her kindness, consistency, and attention to detail are rare qualities, and she delivers them effortlessly. The café itself has a great vibe and solid menu, but it’s Soniya who transforms the experience from good to exceptional. Her presence brings warmth, charm, and a level of hospitality you simply don’t find often. And I’ll say this sincerely: if Soniya were ever to leave, it just wouldn’t be the same café. a week agoThis is my absolute favorite spot. My happy place. With great food and service, this is my go to spot whether with friends or just by myself with my book. Great for shisha, offers and to play games such as ludo, cards or even carrom and with a nautical theme, this one's an absolute recommend!
