2 weeks agoSome great points are the friendly welcome and service at bar. Turkey tacos were excellent. My wife felt portion of Boxing Day Pork was too small but taste was really good and they are goint to consider this. No one checked if we were happy during the meal and only provided cutlery after the food came. Not had this at other Lounges. We all have off days and I wonder if being at a big retail park affects the offering. Will still go back as food is excellent and that's what is most important.

2 weeks agoWe went for lunch staff very helpful and attentive. One of our group has food allergy and was caterered for very well. The food was well presented and flavourful Highly recommended.

a month agoNot great at all. Lovely interior but shocking service. Nobody came over at all. Tried to order on app - error...so partner went over to bar to order. 1 member of staff floating around. Eventually came over. To then tell us they're only taking cash as systems are down. Why wouldn't you go straight over to tell customers as they enter! What a waste of time. We left.
