Everything about this experience was lovely!!!! the staff ,the food, and the atmosphere i definitely recommend coming here especially for the shisha!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The atmosphere was really good it was cosy and chill. Service was weird you have to order everything before you sit down they don’t come to the table to take the order. Or you sit down then you have to go back to the front desk to order which isn’t really nice. You have to pay before you get your service which is also weird but apparently that’s a thing in Manchester. We ordered the chops and the chicken. The chicken turned out to be raw and it was like rubber. The waiter came and started smiling and shaking his head saying yh it’s raw. He couldn’t even cut into the chicken it was that bad. They offered to make it again but at that moment I felt so sick that I just wanted to get out of there. I ended up throwing up on the way back to the hotel. Worst experience ever. Was told I would get a refund for that and the things we ordered which we didn’t get and they ended up refunding the wrong amount. Absolutely horrible. The girls at the front were blunt and didn’t apologise at all. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay for the shisha because the vibes were really nice the decor was cute but service and food was just not it.

The pizza and prawns were quite good, but the burger was very bland and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, all the food arrived cold, which was disappointing. Their ordering system requires you to place and pay for your order at the reception before sitting down, which is fine, but the service could definitely be improved. When I asked for room-temperature water (as I had a sore throat), they said they only serve cold water. I requested a refund for the water since they couldn’t provide what I asked for, but instead, they insisted I choose something else — which I found unreasonable. If a restaurant can’t provide what a customer requests (especially something as simple as room-temperature water), they shouldn’t refuse a refund. On top of that, the receptionist was not very friendly, which added to the negative experience.

always a vibe. Best shisha in town - ladykiller and love 66 is my go 2 flavour. All the girls on the till are so sweet and each and every single staff member is constantly smiling and attentive. Great place for a social gathering
