5 months agoWe ordered a falafel with humus at 13:00 during the International Medieval Congress. Were warned that waiting time is 30 minutes, which became 45 minutes in the process. One hour later, we had to go to a session and were promised a takeaway. The folks from our group got their takeaways, but we did not. Eventually we got one, while we had ordered and paid for two. We had to go back, wait more time and finally get a cold box of flatbread and salad sprinkled with some disgusting sauce, along with overfried falafels. The description says: "Moroccan falafel with hummus, served with warm flatbread." Still looking for the hummus. Warm is of course a relative value, but the one we got was room temperature. So two hours waiting time and a disgusting meal that was inedible. I don't recommend going unless you want to starve.
